Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Reporting To: Territory Sales Manager
Travel: 90% within assigned territory

Role Purpose

• Drive sales growth and business development in assigned focus markets.
• Develop and manage business opportunities with institutions and OEMs.
• Support specification and product approval with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications.
• Provide pre-sales technical consultation and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at large manufacturers.
• Develop and maintain a healthy project pipeline to support business growth.
• Meet prospective clients regularly, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Purchase, Accounts, Management, and the Reporting Manager.
• Submit timely sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Monitor client requirements, challenges, and project progress and communicate updates to the reporting manager.
