Application Development Manager – HIH – Evernorth

Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts supporting Oracle EBS, ERP, Fusion Cloud, OCI, Oracle EPM, and BI Analytics platforms Oversee implementation, support, and enhancement activities for Oracle ERP applications and integrations Oversee cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud and adoption of OCI services Drive enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities using Oracle BI (OBIEE/OAC) and reporting tools Provide technical leadership for Oracle EPM and financial planning/reporting solutions, ensuring seamless ERP integration Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems, meeting defined SLAs and KPIs Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and vendors to align technology solutions with business goals Lead talent development, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and upskilling of team members  Establish performance expectations, provide regular feedback, performance management and support career development, succession planning, and talent growth within the team. Ensure compliance with regulatory and control requirements, including SOX, CIP, segregation of duties, and audit readiness. Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies including cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled analytics
