You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications perform efficiently and effectively. Collaboration with team members and other departments to integrate different components and troubleshoot issues is a key part of your daily activities. Your role is central to delivering reliable and scalable applications that support organizational goals and enhance operational workflows. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Document application designs, configurations, and updates to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of back-end development including server-side programming and database integration.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
