This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Document development processes and application configurations for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management and query languages.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
