Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Central Finance modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with data migration and reconciliation techniques in SAP environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
