Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective application solutions. The workday is often filled with collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous refinement of applications to ensure they support operational goals efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system integrity.
• Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
• Experience in configuring security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and business process integration.
• Ability to analyze complex security requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Workday security frameworks and best practices.
• Capability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure security compliance.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
