Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and deployment.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices related to enterprise integration.

Experience in configuring and deploying services within complex application environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and security.

Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower.

This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
