Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle to improve team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery of milestones.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with RESTful API design and integration.

Familiarity with database management systems and query languages.

Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
