The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications support organizational goals and operate seamlessly within the existing technology environment. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business needs are integral to the daily workflow, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable application solutions using IBM WebSphere DataPower.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
