Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong experience in designing and developing scalable applications within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
• Ability to configure and customize marketing cloud solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Experience with data integration and automation workflows within marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with managing and optimizing customer journeys and campaign executions.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing cloud applications.
