The role demands adaptability to evolving project needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Angular.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application architectures.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
