Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system stability.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Familiarity with business process mapping and translating requirements into technical specifications.

Skilled in maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
