Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Consultant support the implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of complex business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong application support skills, good SQL knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and exposure to HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support packaged software or complex internally developed applications.
• Provide application training and guidance to clients and end users.
• Analyze business and application issues and provide effective solutions.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Provide application support across multiple clients in a customer-focused environment.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to resolve application issues.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into application solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and application enhancements.
• Maintain clear technical and functional documentation.
• Manage multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills

• PT-102 Certification preferred/required.
• Experience in application implementation, consulting, training, or support.
• Experience working with business applications such as Microsoft Excel and DBMS.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience with complex software/application support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET is an added advantage.
