About this role
Role: Enterprise Application Configuration & Implementation Consultant
Experience: Ideally 4 to 7 years, with at least 3 years in enterprise application implementation, configuration or customer onboarding.
Role Objective:
Work alongside the clients internal implementation team to configure, onboard and deploy customers and business units onto the organisation's core enterprise platform.
The role requires a combination of application configuration, data setup, workflow understanding, testing and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure enterprise application modules based on client and business requirements.
- Set up customers, business units, workflows, users, roles and permissions.
- Configure forms, business rules, reference/master data and application parameters.
- Support client onboarding and implementation activities.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configuration.
- Perform data mapping, data migration and validation.
- Execute functional, integration and regression testing.
- Investigate and resolve configuration and deployment issues.
- Support UAT and production go-live activities.
- Maintain implementation documentation and configuration records.
- Coordinate with developers where custom development or API integration is required.
