About this role
Role & Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, service and repair household appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens and cooktops.
* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
* Replace faulty parts and test appliances after repairs.
* Attend customer service calls and provide professional customer service.
* Complete jobs independently and maintain service records.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years of experience in home appliances
* Experience with washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, dryers and cooking appliances.
* Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
* ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration & AC, or similar technical qualification preferred.
* Experience with brands such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Bosch, IFB, Haier, Electrolux, etc. is an advantage.
* Valid driving licence preferred.
