Apple Field Engineer || Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on MacBooks, iPads, iPhones etc.
• Perform onsite repair, replacement, and maintenance of Apple devices.
• Install, configure, and upgrade macOS, iPadOS, and related applications.
• Replace hardware components such as displays, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, SSDs, cameras, and charging ports.
• Configure user accounts, email, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Perform device health checks, preventive maintenance, and system optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams and OEM support for warranty and escalated cases.
• Maintain service reports, repair documentation, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLA commitments.
• Educate end users on device usage, maintenance, and best practices.
• Travel to customer locations to provide onsite technical support as required.
