About this role
- Minimum 12 - 18 + years of IT experience, including at least 8+ years of experience as an Appian Architect or Lead.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian 22.x or later, including Sites, Records, Interfaces, Process Models, Web APIs & Integration, AI Skills and RPA.
- Experience in Appian plug-in development using Java and/or integration with external systems.

- Expertise in designing scalable and reusable application components.
- Strong knowledge of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and security guidelines.

- Appian Lead Developer (L3) certified.
