Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for Ground/Frontline, Sales, Finance and support employees at the DC.
- Drive recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, communication and initiatives to reduce attrition/absenteeism.
- Partner with DC/Operations/Sales/Finance leaders on performance, training, workforce and people-related matters.
