Provide timely and effective solutions to application-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and phone to address technical issues.
Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures clearly.
Participate in shift-based support, including rotation schedules and occasional weekend coverage.
Support a customer-oriented service approach, ensuring clear and effective communication.
