App Developer (Flutter/Swift/Js)

About the Role Meeami Technologies is looking for a App Developer with deep specialist expertise in one cross-platform framework, either Flutter, backed by solid Swift experience for native iOS work and platform-specific integrations. You will build and ship high-quality applications across mobile and desktop, working closely with the product and core engineering teams to deliver responsive, performant products, including integration of Meeami's audio/voice signal-processing capabilities where relevant. You don't need to be an expert in Flutter, we're looking for genuine depth in one, paired with the native iOS skills to bridge cross-platform code with device-level functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain applications using your primary framework (Flutter), with native iOS contributions in Swift.
• Develop and integrate native modules and platform channels to bridge cross-platform code with device-level and OS-specific functionality.
• Integrate SDKs, APIs, and real-time audio/signal-processing libraries into mobile and desktop builds.
• Optimize applications for performance, memory, latency, and battery efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into well-architected features.
• Own the full development lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, debugging, release, and post-release maintenance.
• Manage app store and distribution processes (App Store, Play Store, desktop packaging).
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional mobile/cross-platform development experience.
• Specialist-level proficiency in one of: Flutter (Dart) (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js) demonstrated depth, not surface familiarity.
• Hands-on experience with Swift and native iOS development, including bridging native code with cross-platform frameworks.
• Solid understanding of mobile/desktop architecture patterns (MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture, or equivalent).
• Experience consuming REST APIs, WebSocket's, and real-time data streams.
• Familiarity with state management, asynchronous programming, and platform channel/native module development.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-optimization skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating audio, voice, or signal-processing SDKs into applications.
• Working knowledge of the second framework (whichever of Flutter is not your primary).
• Familiarity with Kotlin/Android native development.
• Experience working in a product startup or fast-paced engineering environment.
