APM L2 -Configuration

Role & responsibilities

Configure and support APM, Infrastructure, Log, Synthetic and Real User Monitoring.

• Perform agent deployment, application onboarding and monitoring configuration.

• Create dashboards, alerts, health rules and notification integrations. • Monitor application performance, APIs, JVM/.NET, databases, middleware, servers, containers and Kubernetes.

• Analyze metrics, logs and traces to troubleshoot performance and availability issues.

• Support incident analysis, RCA and escalation to L3/OEM teams.

• Integrate observability platforms with ServiceNow, Jira, Teams, PagerDuty and other tools.

• Prepare monitoring SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation. Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana or Prometheus.

• Good understanding of APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Logs, Metrics, Distributed Tracing and Alerting.

• Knowledge of Linux/Windows, Java/JVM, .NET, SQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes/Docker and Cloud environments.

• Exposure to OpenTelemetry and ITSM integrations is preferred. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
