Executive Raw Material Issuance & Dispensing (Warehouse)

Location: Kurkumbh, Pune
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) Mandatory | MBA in Material Management preferred
Key Responsibilities

• Handle issuance and dispensing of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates, and Solvents to Production.
• Ensure proper material identification, traceability, and compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Perform SAP transactions related to material movements, stock reconciliation, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and support QMS activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and cross-functional teams for smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, safe material handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Support internal, vendor, and regulatory audits and interact with auditors when required.
• Drive compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
