Api Tester

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute manual testing plans for APIs using Postman and SOAP/REST protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test cases based on business needs.
• Develop SQL queries to extract data from databases for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and report issues to stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in API testing with a focus on functional testing.
• Strong understanding of database testing principles and practices (SQL).
• Experience with manual testing methodologies and tools such as Postman or similar products.
• Familiarity with Swagger or other documentation tools for API design documentation.
