API R&D process development

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for pharmaceutical products using research and development techniques.
• Conduct experiments in a laboratory setting to test new formulations and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Develop pilot plants to scale up production of high-quality products.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in chemical research & development or related field.
• Strong understanding of chemistry principles and their application in industry settings.
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
