Role Summary

The API Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that enable seamless communication between CarePath 2.0 Order Creation Services and external healthcare platforms. The role requires expertise in REST APIs, .NET development, healthcare integrations, and cloud-based integration services.

Must have

• API Development & Integration (Restful API)
• Strong experience in REST API design and development
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• API client, adapter, and middleware development
• Programming Languages (.Net / C#)

Good to have

• Azure Integration Services (Azure Service Bus / AZURE API Management)
• Agile methodologies

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs supporting CarePath 2.0 Order Creation services.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
• Integrate CarePath services with external healthcare systems.
• Ensure accurate and consistent flow of healthcare data.
• Develop scalable and resilient integration patterns using synchronous APIs and event-driven messaging architectures, ensuring high system availability.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare security standards and privacy regulations.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate

• Backend/API Integration Engineer with 4-6 years of experience.
• Strong in .NET/C# and REST APIs.
• Experienced in integrating enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Comfortable working with Azure cloud integration services.
• Familiar with both real-time APIs and event-driven messaging platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience supporting production integrations.
