API Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in Java, Selenium WebDriver, API Testing, and CI/CD automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End Testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
• Perform API testing and automation using Rest Assured and Postman.
• Integrate automation suites with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure quality standards, testing best practices, and automation coverage across releases.

• Experience: 3-9 Years
• Strong hands-on experience in Java Selenium Automation Testing
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
• Strong API Automation experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and debugging skills
• BE / BTech / MCA / MTech / MSc preferred
