AP Executive (Finance)

Role & responsibilities

• Verify employee expense claims in Zoho Expense against company policy and supporting documents
• Assign bills for approvals and follow up with approvers to ensure timely closure o Prepare TDS workings and support e-TDS payments and return filings
• Verify and account for vendor bills, ensuring correct GL, cost centre, and project classification

• Prepare TDS workings and support e-TDS payments and return filings
• Prepare VAT workings for the Dubai and Singapore entities
• Follow up on Form 15CA/15CB for foreign remittances
• Onboard new vendors with complete KYC, including PAN, GSTIN, bank details, and MSME status
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve open items and discrepancies
• Prepare weekly AP reports, including ageing and outstanding payables o Prepare reconciliations, prepaid, and provision workings for month-end close
• Maintain the fixed asset register and prepare depreciation workings

Preferred candidate profile

o Masters degree in Commerce , Accounting, or Finance or MBA; CA Inter is a plus

o 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable, bank accounting, or related accounting roles

o Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, provisions, and month-end workings

o Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliances, exposure to UAE VAT or Singapore GST is a plus

o Experience working with ERP systems (Zoho preferred) and strong proficiency in Excel
