We are looking for a skilled Ansible Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer / Python Developer to design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure solutions in/using Ansible and related DevOps tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, configuration management, python code writing, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible Playbook writing and Unix shell scripting.
Principal responsibilities: • Ansible system administration • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation and configuration management. • Troubleshoot automation and deployment issues across environments. • Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements. • Manage Ansible infrastructure with respect to High Availability • Write/Review Python Code • Write/Review Unix shell scripts • Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability. • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus. • Integrate Ansible automation with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), HashiCorp Vault and/or Ansible Vault. • Maintain version control using Git and ensure adherence to automation best practices. • Lead deliveries to complete it within committed time
Requirements (Skills): • Hands-on in performing Ansible system administration activities • Proficient in writing playbooks, using roles, and managing Ansible Galaxy • Solid understanding of YAML syntax is crucial for writing playbooks • Proficiency in Python is essential • Experience in developing scripts in bash (Unix shell script) with some level of understanding of Server Operating Systems • Fundamental knowledge of both Linux and Windows environments • Experience with database technology such as PostgreSQL • Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus • Exposure to HashiCorp Vault is added advantage • Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiar with Kubernetes • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with cross-functional teams. Our challenge As “Principal Consultant, Agentic AI Cybersecurity Engineer” Candidate will work hands-on alongside our cybersecurity engineering and application security teams to build, operate, and advance the agentic AI systems that find, exploit, and remediate vulnerabilities end-to-end across our application and infrastructure estate. Operating at a principal engineer level, candidate will personally direct frontier AI models do discover vulnerabilities in production code, develop proof-of-concept exploits, generate and validate fixes, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines with safe human-in-the-loop controls. Candidate will also build reusable AI skills, prompts, and tooling that make agentic vulnerability management efficient and scalable across the estate. Candidate will bring deep dual expertise across offensive and defensive security, penetration testing, and software engineering, and apply that fluency to push the boundaries of what is possible with agentic AI in a regulated enterprise environment.
