Hr Generalist (Full Time)

The ideal applicant will assist with the entire range of Human Resources tasks as well as collaborate with the company on strategic initiatives. They will plan, execute, and evaluate human resource policies, strategies, and procedures in order to preserve and improve the organizations human resources.

Job Roles & Responsibilities::

• To handle End-to-End Recruitment processes

• Scheduling interviews, the follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary

• Managing resumes and updating the database on a regular basis

• Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates

• Responsible for entire Pre and post-joining formalities.

• Daily attendance management for all employees.

• Employee Engagement activities

• Exit formalities.

Skills required:

• Minimum of 2+ Years of experience required in IT generalist.

• Should have excellent communication (Written & Verbal)

• Should have good knowledge of MS-Excel

• Good Negotiation Skill
