Coronis Health is looking for experienced Anesthesia Quality Analysts (QA) to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Anesthesia Medical Coding Quality Audits, strong knowledge of coding guidelines, and the ability to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of anesthesia coding records.
• Review coding accuracy and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
• Identify coding errors and provide constructive feedback to coders.
• Track quality metrics and maintain audit reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement programs.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to improve coding performance.

Required Skills

• 2-7 years of experience in Anesthesia Medical Coding QA.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and Anesthesia coding guidelines.
• Experience in quality auditing and feedback management.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant coding certification preferred (CPC, CCS, CIC, etc.).
