Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Expertise in Kotlin and Java, with strong understanding of Android SDK.
• Experience with SQLite, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso) and Git for version control.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in implementing accessibility features and conducting accessibility testing for Android applications.

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Google Associate Android Developer or similar certification.
• Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or equivalent accessibility certification.
• Agile certification to demonstrate experience in Agile project methodologies.
