Android Kotlin Developer Native Platform

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Android Kotlin Developer to join our Native Platform Team. The role involves building, maintaining, and enhancing reusable Android platform components, libraries, and frameworks used across multiple applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kotlin, Android architecture, SDK integrations, security, deep linking, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Native Android Development.
• Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Strong experience with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, Hilt/Dagger and Android Architecture Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) SDK.
• Strong understanding of Deep Linking, Deferred Deep Linking and Android App Links.
• Hands-on experience with SSL Pinning and certificate management/rotation.
• Experience with Android performance optimization and cold-start optimization.
• Experience with Datadog RUM, logging, crash reporting and observability.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with experience handling production issues, crashes and ANRs.
• Good understanding of MVVM/Clean Architecture or similar scalable architecture patterns.
• Experience building reusable/common Android components or libraries.
