We're an early-stage EdTech startup where your code directly shapes how millions experience learning on mobile. What You'll Build → Design, develop, and ship cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS → Build pixel-perfect, performant UIs that students and teachers love using → Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time features into mobile apps → Embed AI-powered features (chat, voice, recommendations) into the mobile experience → Optimize app performance, memory, battery, and load times → Manage end-to-end release cycles on Google Play Store and Apple App Store → Implement push notifications, deep linking, analytics, and crash reporting → Collaborate directly with the founding team on architecture & product decisions → Own features end-to-end – from design to deployment to user feedback What You Bring Must-Have: → 2+ years of hands-on experience building production mobile apps for Android and/or iOS → Strong proficiency in Flutter or React Native (cross-platform), OR native Kotlin/Swift → Solid understanding of mobile app architecture (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture) → Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Redux, Bloc, etc.) → Hands-on experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store → Strong fundamentals in OOP, data structures, and debugging → Good understanding of Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD → Excellent communication skills and a builder's mindset → Self-starter mentality – comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!): → Experience with both Flutter and native development (Kotlin/Swift) → Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics) → Integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into mobile apps → Offline-first apps, local storage (SQLite, Hive, Room, Core Data) → Payment gateway integration (Razorpay, Stripe, in-app purchases) → Knowledge of mobile security best practices → EdTech or SaaS product experience → Personal apps published on Play Store or App Store Why Join AI Nexus? ✅ Skip the corporate queue: Ship to real users from Day 1, not maintenance tickets ✅ Direct mentorship from an industry veteran with 15+ years in enterprise software & AI ✅ High ownership & impact – your apps ship to students & teachers globally ✅ Competitive salary ✅ High-end MacBook provided ✅ Modern mobile + AI tech stack, flexible environment ✅ Fast-track career growth in a high-potential startup ✅ Build apps used by students & educators worldwide 📩 Ready to Build the Future of Mobile Learning?
