Job Role: Android HMI Architect - Automotive

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end software architecture for Automotive HMI and Infotainment platforms.
• Design scalable, modular, and high-performance HMI applications using Android, Qt/QML, and Kanzi.
• Lead software architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with software developers, technical leads, QA teams, and program managers to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Create reusable frameworks, reference implementations, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements for future automotive programs.
• Mentor engineering teams through technical guidance, code reviews, and architecture governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Strong experience in

Automotive HMI or

Infotainment software development.

• Hands-on expertise with

Android ,

AOSP , and

Android Automotive OS (AAOS) .

• Strong experience with

Qt/QML and

Kanzi HMI frameworks.

• Good understanding of

Embedded Linux and

QNX platforms.

• Strong programming skills in

C/C++ .

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application design.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
