5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in native Android development using Kotlin and Java • Prior experience building mobile applications in the banking, financial services, or fintech domain • Strong understanding of application security, encryption, and secure coding practices relevant to financial applications • Hands-on experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture patterns • Proficiency with Android Studio, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile development environment • Solid grasp of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming (Coroutines/RxJava)
