Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern mobile application architecture patterns. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Implement RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend developers.
• Stay updated with Android development trends and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Kotlin and Android application development.
• Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Knowledge of Jetpack Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, WorkManager).
• Experience with MVVM/MVI/Clean Architecture.
• Expertise in REST APIs and JSON parsing.
• Experience with Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of Material Design principles.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Exposure to Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
• Knowledge of Dependency Injection frameworks such as Hilt/Dagger.
• Understanding of app security, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store.
