Ancillary Systems Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise applications such as CRM, HRMS, Finance, and other ancillary systems.
• Drive RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, TCO analysis, contract discussions, and product selection.
• Coordinate system implementation, API integrations, UAT, go-live, and stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
• Evaluate SaaS and enterprise solutions for functionality, scalability, security, and integration with Policy Administration Systems (PAS).

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in Insurance, Banking, or FinTech with strong knowledge of Agile, enterprise applications, and vendor management.
