Anaplan Model Builder

As a Junior Anaplan Modeler Builder, you'll play an important role in a company's digital transformation journey by building and enhancing Anaplan solutions that drive business planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Working closely with global stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams, you'll help translate complex business processes into scalable models that connect data, insights, and strategy.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and document Anaplan models, including process maps, user guides, and solution design documentation.
• Translate business requirements, Excel-based models, and user stories into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Develop Hub-Spoke and ALM model structures and create engaging user experiences using Anaplan's New UX (NUX).
• Partner with subject matter experts to define data requirements and support new planning capabilities.
• Collaborate with business architects, solution architects, and functional teams to deliver solutions aligned to business goals.
• Develop test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and functional validation activities.
• Apply Anaplan modeling best practices while managing relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• 1+ years of experience working with databases and data management.
• 2+ years of Anaplan modeling experience, or experience delivering at least three end-to-end Anaplan implementations.
• 2+ years of advanced Excel experience.
• Anaplan Level 3 Certification (or higher).
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and business processes within Finance, Sales, Operations, or related functions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional environments.
