The position demands continuous engagement with evolving data sets to identify trends and patterns that drive business value and support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative analytical approaches to address complex business challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their technical and analytical capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and data management within cloud-based platforms.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions to support advanced analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and support business objectives.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality standards, and best practices in data security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions. Additional Information:

• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
