Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize analytical processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.

Strong capability in data modeling and integration within cloud-based environments.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions.

Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data transformations.

Familiarity with data governance and security best practices in analytics platforms.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
