Analytics Associate

Job Summary

We're looking for an Analytics Associate to strengthen our analytics capabilities at smallcase. In this role, you will partner with business and product teams to enable data-backed problem-solving and drive measurable user and business impact.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end analytics initiatives across multiple product lines
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in partnership with product and engineering teams
• Apply analytics and experimental methodologies - A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis - to generate insights and measure impact
• Build scalable processes that support data-driven decision-making across the org
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights on user behaviour and business performance

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in analytics
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel; Mixpanel experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to take initiatives from idea to execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset - you spot opportunities where data can create impact and act on them
