What would you do

• The Trade Payments Associate Manager is accountable for leading and supervising the end-to-end trade payment operations across wholesale and retail channels. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency by providing strategic oversight and approval for adjustments, accruals, reconciliations, and payment execution.
• You will act as the key decisionmaker for approving high-value adjustments, validating payment calculations, and ensuring adherence to internal control frameworks, including SOX compliance. This role will be responsible for maintaining governance over approval matrices, monitoring risk exposure, and ensuring audit readiness through robust documentation and process controls.
• In addition to operational oversight, the manager drives continuous improvement initiatives by identifying systemic gaps, implementing automation solutions, & enhancing process efficiency. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, territory managers, finance controllers, IT teams, & external partners to resolve discrepancies, manage stakeholder expectations, & uphold service-level agreement What are we looking for
• At least 10-14 years in a leading or similar role, preferably in finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience to work in 3rd Party culture, improve processes to provide more effective results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal Skills, ability to work under pressure, and analytical thinking.
• Ensure a robust environment which supports agreed customer service levels. Extensive use of Financial and Management applications which support financial and Management Information analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for calculations and reconciliations, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook). Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint. Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, Communication & Presentation skills Expert, Client Relationship Management Expert, People Management Expert, Project Management Skilled, and compliance requirements.
• Build the capabilities of the team to grow the level of competency across technical and business environments in line with strategic information delivery direction. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of standard & Adhoc management reports for region, country, product, Service type etc. Provides standardized and insightful level of analyses is provided. Delivers ad hoc analyses.
• Supports Annual Operating Plan & forecasts
• Planning, Creating and managing reporting data and report out from various database systems.
• Provide professional expertise and direction to other team members and act as the focal point for business units and Technology by participating in key project initiatives. Also, as required, manage client communication, responding to queries, investigate irregularities and anomalies and provide technical support for day-to-day issues.
• Partners with reporting clients to understand their strategic goals, operational context and activities in order to explain results with strategic business insights and facts
• Use a diverse range of applications and understand the business and technical functionality of each application and its relevance to the business community.
• Provide support to all business units across the region, including product understanding, validation, problem or query resolution and coordination of communications.
• Uses storytelling principles to convey impactful message
• Major accountability for Planning, Forecasting, Preparation & analysis of P&L, Forecast accuracy, SG&A,
• Working Capital Cost of Sales reports is to support the businesses.
• This role requires considerable liaison with other functions, to ensure service level are achieved and change is coordinated. In addition, a strong working relationship with other teams is needed to enable smooth productionisation of new information solutions. Cross team relationships are also critical to delivery information services including productivity and costing. This role is expected to ensure:
