Analytical Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Analytical Development Laboratory activities.
• Develop, validate and verify analytical methods for specialty chemical products.
• Handle advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, GCMS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, NMR, XRD, XRF, etc.
• Conduct impurity profiling, trace-level (ppm/ppb), raw material, in-process and finished product analysis.
• Manage stability studies and analytical documentation including specifications, COA and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, FDA, EMA and ICH requirements.
• Troubleshoot analytical issues and support plant/customer-related technical queries.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC and Production teams.
• Lead team members and drive quality improvement and process optimization.
