Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry or PhD in Chemistry

Role Summary:

Lead Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) operations, analytical method development and validation, technology transfer activities, and team management while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical method development, validation, and technology transfer to QC.
• Handle analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, UV, and FTIR.
• Perform impurity identification, characterization, and data interpretation.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GMP, IMS, RC, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage ADL KPIs, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the ADL team.
• Support and participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
