Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an

Analyst . The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with data, reports, and business operations. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports using Excel or BI tools.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and operational analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
• Experience with SQL is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, MIS, or Operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM/ATS/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Ability to automate reports using Excel or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
