About this role
Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily approved curation plans and briefs
- Building, updating, scheduling and maintaining feeds, collections, placements and other discovery surfaces within Client s established workflows
- Applying approved title lists, collection logic, metadata, artwork, copy and placement direction across the relevant surfaces
- Completing recurring feed refreshes swaps and updates on the agreed schedule.
- Making agreed tactical adjustments within parameters
- Performing quality checks before and after publishing, covering artwork, copy, sequencing, links and regional requirements
- Promptly flagging missing assets, availability conflicts, tooling issues and other blockers
- Track and monitor key operational metrics and KPIs
- Assist in maintaining documentation of processes and standard operating procedures
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in content operations, curation or digital publishing, eCommerce support, or similar roles
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good understanding of eCommerce operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience with reporting tools or basic data visualization
- Understanding of product taxonomies and attribute hierarchies
