Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced operational support for network services across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform incident response and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
• Monitor and maintain network availability and performance across production environments.
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud networking technologies using Cisco, Palo Alto, and AWS.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering and Delivery teams to transition new services into production support.

Experience:

• 5.5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Azure.
• Experience in AWS.
• Experience in Load Balancing.
• Experience in Firewall.

Good to Have:

• Network Engineer.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
