Role & responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Ability to work in a continually challenging environment
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel (creating basic formulas and doing basic tracking - building reports), PowerPoint & Word
• Good analytical skills
• Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Aware of QC tools such as Pareto analysis, Fish bone analysis, Control charts etc.
• Has been part of continual improvement projects using Kaizen, Lean etc.
• Subject matter expertise Navigation ( Preferred)
