About this role
- Gather system requirements from Commercial Underwriting (Fire, Engineering, Miscellaneous, Marine, Liability) team and create change Request
- Collaborate with Delivery & Engineering team and act as SPOC for system implementation
- Prepare /Review test case scenarios shared by QA/Delivery team
- Perform user testing in UAT and share User sign off.
- Coordinate with IT for resolution of Production issues for Commercial Underwriting with maintaining tracker.
