Analyst

Job Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is comfortable working with large datasets, solving business problems through analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• SQL proficiency — strong understanding of window functions, CTEs, and cohort logic; comfortable developing and optimizing queries on large datasets using engines such as Athena/Presto, BigQuery, or similar.
• Stakeholder coordination — collaborate closely with sales, ops, and CRM teams to execute plans and implement process changes; able to communicate requirements clearly and ensure proper follow-through on implementation.
• Problem ownership & communication — take a loosely defined business question, independently structure the analysis, and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Funnel & campaign analytics — aptitude for lead-to-conversion tracking, cohort analysis, and campaign measurement; ability to break a funnel into stages, identify drop-offs, and quantify the impact of interventions.

Key Skills:

● Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, Excel, or similar.

● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

● Strong understanding of business metrics and decision-making processes.
